If you live outside Australia please email ebony@ebonydew.com.au with the piece you want to purchase and your address.

We will then provide you with a custom shipping fee depending on your location.

REFUND POLICY

Each artwork is original and one of a kind, crafted with love and care. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please read the description carefully before ordering.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch with Ebony (at) ebony@ebonydew.com.au.

If the product has arrived faulty for any reason please take photos of:

- The shipping label on the box

- The damage to the artwork
